# Is my real-time alert data skewed?

But - you know that your data is correct and this is an **incorrect **anomaly alert?


| Explanation

Higher traffic websites can run into issues with how Google collect their data. This can also be viewed on Google Analytics or GA360. 
It can take Google several hours to full process the data it collects, and real-time alerts will interpret this as an anomaly.
In fact, there is no anomaly - you just need to instruct Go-Insights to wait a small amount of time before the AI engine processes the data.

1. When configuring your intelligent alerts, you can click 'Settings'.
2. Move the **Hourly delay** to a higher range. Depending on the amount of traffic your site has, anything between 2-4 hours of delay will ensure there is no mistake.
