No Google Analytics Account for this login

It seems you have no Google Analytics account linked with the user that you just signed in with.

This means we cannot generate reports and alerts for you.

You must have populated accounts, properties and views to use our service. In Google Analytics it will look something like the screenshot below, when signed into https://analytics.google.com/

If you do not have access, you can request that someone in your organization add you to the data, via 'User Management' in https://analytics.google.com/.
